游戏发行商Lighthouse公司今天对外宣布将推出一款PC独占大作《Ship Simulator 2006》。该作最早将于今年年底面市。
　本作由荷兰的VSTEP工作组担纲主持开发。《Ship Simulator 2006》是一款具有革命性的全新模拟游戏。玩家将身任舵手，在惊涛骇浪中驾驶各种不同的航船，其中包括巨型货轮、油轮、拖船、豪华的游艇等八种类型，甚至还有一款“泰坦尼克号”，你在一个全3D的环境中将面对各种问题，并不停地解决问题，而你所挑战的场景也大不相同，从欧洲的菏兰鹿特丹（Rotterdam）、德国的汉堡（Hamburg）深水货港到名不见经传的皮皮岛（Phi Phi）浅水海港等不一而足。玩家将深切感受到各种船只的操控性。
珍藏版增加了纽约港，一些独特的任务和视频教程。
