国标舞简介
国际标准交谊舞（简称“国标舞”），分为摩登舞、拉丁舞两大系列的十个舞种，目前，世界各国将国际标准舞易名为“体育舞蹈”，将舞蹈运动纳入体育运动项目，2000年成为悉尼奥运会表演项目，2008年将成为正式比赛项目。
国标舞中的拉丁舞包括：桑巴，伦巴，斗牛，恰恰，牛仔。一般是两个人一起跳，一个男士和一个女士。持握姿势各有不同，这些舞中的姿势都已经标准化和分类成各种不同的级别以便于教学，有国际上统一的用语，技术，节奏，拍子。国标舞另一种为摩登舞，分为华尔兹、探戈、狐步、快步及维也纳华尔兹五种步伐。
