　　1994年12月，索尼发布了第一代PlayStation，从此进军全球游戏产业，并逐渐登上了霸主地位。在经历了11个年头的风风雨雨之后，随着第三代PS的临近，索尼宣布停止生产PS及其所有相关产品。
　　不过索尼公司代表表示，停产并不意味着供货的终结，PS硬件和软件将在一段时间内继续在全世界销售。索尼还宣布PS游戏可通过模拟器运行在PSP和PS3上，以继续延续其辉煌。
　　第一代PS在2004年5月18日成为史上首部全球出货量突破1亿大关的游戏主机，继任者PS2也在2005年11月29日达到这一里程碑。
　　该书收录了从1994年来到2004年这10年里在索尼的家用主机上推出的所有游戏的图鉴。
　　该图鉴为JPG，图片尺寸2500X3000，RAR格式打包。
